Ingredients:
- Oil -
boiled potato as needed - 500 g
salt - 1 tsp
turmeric - 1/4 tsp
red chili powder - half tsp
coriander powder - 1 tsp
chaat masala powder - ½ tsp
cumin seed - ½ tsp
onion - 70 g
ginger paste - half Tsp
Garlic Paste - Aardi Teaspoon
Tomato Fill - 180 grams
Hot Masala Powder - Aardi Teaspoon
Fenugreek - Aardi Teaspoon
Coriander - For Garnishing












Method: -
First of all, add oil in a strict condition and heat it on medium heat.
After this, add boiled potatoes, turmeric, coriander masala, chat masala, salt and red chilli powder and cook well. When the color of potato becomes golden then remove it from the flame. Now add oil to a pan and let it warm on medium heat. Then add cumin, garlic, ginger and onion and fry it. After this add tomatoes puree and cook it for 2 minutes. Now add fried potatoes, fenugreek and hot masala and cook it in a low flame for a few minutes. Your Tawa Potato Masala is ready. Serve it with garnish with coriander.
