  • Potatoes = Half kg, boiled
  • Red chilli powder = half a spoon
  • Coriander powder = half a spoon
  • Turmeric = 1/4 teaspoon
  • Onion = a chopped, finely chopped
  • Ginger = half inch inch grind, grate
  • Peanut = two teaspoons
  • Rye = half a spoon
  • Oil = two tablespoons
  • Curry leaves = three assorted
  • Green pepper = two acids, finely chopped

Method - how to make aloo bhaji

Beat the potatoes first, peel the potatoes and cut them in small pieces. Then chop the onions and green chilies finely.
Now put oil in the kadhai and keep it warm on the gas. When the oil is hot, put the rye in it. Then add turmeric powder, ginger, curry leaves and green chillies and roast them for 10 to 20 seconds and then slow down the gas.
Now add chopped onion and fry until it turns pink. And then put potatoes, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and groundnut in it.
Now mix it well and make the gas slurry completely and close the gas after five minutes. Now your Tasty Potato is prepared as a vegetable vegetable and serve it in a bowl.
