Materials Required - Ingredients for besan ka chilla ki sabzi
- Gram flour = two cups
- Yogurt = a cup
- Red chili powder = one spoon
- Turmeric powder = half a spoon
- Coriander powder = a spoon
- Zyra = a big spoon
- Ginger = a piece of grate
- Garlic = a big spoon grated
- Asafoetida = a pinch
- Hot spices = a teaspoon
- Salt = taste according
- Green pepper = two acids, finely chopped
- Green Coriander = One big spoon finely chopped
- Oil = according to the need
- Water = according to need
How to make cheela sabzi
Let's make the splendid vegetable of gram flour. Prepare the batter by adding gram flour, salt and red chili powder in a bowl first. Now heat it by adding one spoon of oil to a pan in a low flame. (besan recipe in hindi) When the oil is hot, spread the gram flour in the pan and compress it lightly. In the same way, make all the remaining chias and cut them into square pieces after the chill is cooled.
Now make the gravy
Now add oil to the frying pan on low flame and heat it, add oil, asafoetida and green chili and fry it. Add jar and grated ginger and garlic to it. After that, add red chili powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder and simmer the besan recipes well after adding the water as needed.
Mix hot masala, salt and yogurt into the spices after 5 minutes and mix it. And then fry it for five to seven minutes and fry it until it is well prepared, then add the square gram flour paste into it.
Now let the vegetables cook for five to seven minutes, covered with lid. After the fixed time, turn off the gas. Prepare the garnish with chilli in the taste; Prepare the green coriander with roasted vegetables or roast it or serve it with puris and eat it.
