Make the day at home Steamed Masala Vada
If you are planning to make something special on the day of your holiday, then you can trace the steamed condiments. It is very easy to make and very tasty in food. It is known that the method of making it: -
Ingredients: -
gram dal - 45 grams of
moong dal - 50 grams of
water - 500 ml
chopped coconut - 40 grams of
dry red chillies - 2
ginger - 1 teaspoon
asafoetida - 1/4 teaspoon
Onion - 40 grams big spoon
coriander - 2 teaspoons
curry leaves - 8-10
green chillies - 1 teaspoon
celery - 1/4 teaspoon
ghee - 1/2 teaspoon
salt - 1 teaspoon
Method:
1. Put 45 grams of gram dal, 50 grams of moong dal and 500 ml water in a bowl and soak for 3 hours.
2. In another bowl, add 40 gram chopped coconut, 2 dry red chillies, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida and soaked pulses.
3. Put the blended mixture into a bowl and add 40 grams onion, 2 tablespoons chopped coriander, 8-10 curry leaves, 1 teaspoon green chilli, 1/4 teaspoon celery, 1/2 teaspoon ghee and 1 small Mix the spoon salt and mix it.
4. Now take a small portion of the mixture and roll it with hands and apply Idli's shape. Prepare the mixture of remaining rest in Idli's shape.
5. After this, apply Idli stand or idli tray with good oil and place Idli on it.
6. Put oil on the idli stand and put the prepared mixture in it. After this, cover the idli stand in the cooker and cook for 10-12 minutes with steam. Then remove it carefully.
7. Your steam masala dough is ready. Serve this hot-hot.
